RLM is the U.S. network that provides the primary financial support for the Moscow Theological Seminary to fulfill its mission to prepare pastors and church leaders to disciple believers and evangelize Russia.

Our Mission:

The mission of Russian Leadership Ministries (RLM) is to prepare pastoral and congregational leaders to impact Russia with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision:

Russian Leadership Ministries is compelled by God to reach Russia with the Gospel.  Our ministry is challenged by the barriers presented by the sheer size of Russia and its tragic history.  The eleven time zones of this huge land mass make transportation and communication difficult.  The State sponsored atheism of the Soviet years has left a spiritual and moral void.  Russia, today, is a nation at risk.  The population is declining precipitously, corruption is rampant and the life expectancy is short.

Although these obstacles are daunting, we believe that RLM’s greatest task is to prepare leaders for the churches in Russia.  Buildings are important, but they eventually decay.  Programs are vital, but they eventually run out of steam.  Trained leaders, on the other hand, have an impact that have an eternal consequence.

RLM’s primary ministry is to support the Moscow Theological Seminary.  This school operates in nine locations across Russia serving 875 students.  Currently we are enjoying significant growth as we start learning centers in new parts of Russia and invite other schools to become part of our ministry.
