Moscow Theological Seminary Main Campus Moscow Theological Seminary is pleased to announce thirty students have successfully completed one of their two-year certification programs, and graduated on June 6! Leaders in attendance conferring certifications were MTS President Peter Mitskevich; Vice-President Vladimir Vovk, and Academic Dean Alexander Spichak. Three different academic programs were represented at this ceremony: Fundamentals of Practical Theology & Preaching; Fund
