Hello, dear friend! We are an Evangelical Church in one of the districts of Sochi.

Some time ago, God put in the hearts of a certain number of people the desire to found a new Church in a place where there are many people but no Evangelical Church. On April 14, 2024, we established our community called "The Father's House”.

In this short time, we have seen many of God's actions in our Church's life. We have already baptized 8 people, and we will soon baptize several more.

Fill Kudepste with the Gospel!

Our vision is to build a strong and influential Church that will train ministers and plant new churches to the ends of the earth. Thus, our vision is in line with the Great Commission of Jesus: to go and make disciples. We strive to be a church that is not self-centered, but open to new opportunities and ready to enter them with faith and the Gospel.

From this vision, we have launched the "Open House" project, where we invite young people into our lives every week to develop student relationships with them and help church members introduce their friends to the community.

We have examples of people who started attending our meetings and are now part of the church. Currently, about 25 young people from Kudepsta who are unfamiliar with the Church are attending our weekly events, and we believe that this is just the beginning.  Our first meeting was attended by 23 non-churchgoers. We have home groups, women's groups, prayer meetings and family dinners all aimed at our goal: building a strong and influential church. In less than one year, our little flock grew by 11 members!

Andrey came to us when we were still meeting in our "mother church". We started to get to know him when he came to our youth meetings. He was a strong atheist, constantly asking a lot of questions and keeping all of us in a state of tension. There were a lot of personal Gospel conversations with him, but he remained unconvinced. Then Andrey stopped coming at all.

When the new church plant opened, he started coming to Open House project, then asked to come to Bible study, where we prayed together, and eventually Andrey confessed, repented before God and He completely changed his life. From from an ardent atheist, God created new life! Andrey was the first in the new community to be baptized. He is now a faithful servant of God.

Dmitry (Dima) and Dasha

When Dasha's Christian grandmother passed away, she stopped attending church. However, when she learned that a new church had opened in Kudepsta, she and her husband Dima began attending the Open House project.

Together they began to explore God. They met often with the group leaders, reading together from the Gospels. Over time, they repented and devoted their lives to Jesus Christ, choosing to be baptized together on January 19, 2026! They continue to be active in the new church.

Kostya

Kostya had recently moved near our church. A missionary was handing out evangelistic flyers one day at the nearby beach, and Kostya became interested, so this missionary brought him to our Open House project. At the second meeting, which was the opening of the Church, three people repented, and one of them was Kostya. Very difficult events were taking place in his life at that time, and God became his rescue and support. On January 19, he was baptized and is a devoted brother who loves God with all his heart! He takes initiative and has been serving faithfully in the ministry.

Pray With Us!

Conducting ministry in Russia is difficult with various challenges. And yet, it is a great honor and blessing for us to live in our calling and be part of God's great work on this earth, in the place where God has placed us.

We need your prayers and support. Thank you for being with us!

What to pray for?

- Pray that God would add to the Church of the saved

- Pray that we could grow qualitatively in all areas of service

- Pray that everyone would be strengthened in faith and grow in the knowledge of Christ

- Pray that God would expand His Kingdom in Kudepsta, so that we would have a strategic vision of open doors.
