In the fall of 2022, Vadim Kruglikov, a graduate of the Moscow Theological Seminary, established a training center in his hometown of Nizhny Novgorod embarking on its first track: the Fundamentals of Practical Theology program. Designed to be accessible and functional for the already-employed full-time ministry worker, the program spans 3 years, allowing time allotment for work, study, practical application and mentoring.

Coursework includes: Introduction to the Old and New Testaments, the history of
Christianity, the history of the Evangelical movement, spiritual
formation, and others. There is a special emphasis was on homiletics and preaching.
The new program was modeled after the Bible School of the Evangelical Baptist Church of
the Nizhny Novgorod, which has been offering training to students since 2006.
Out of 50 beginning students, 30 were able to endure to achieve the Certificate of Completion by passing written and oral exams, which included a practical application of preaching.
Students had come from a variety of backgrounds including, pastors, mercy ministries, evangelists, youth ministry workers, and deacons.
RLM is grateful for its supporters who help make these hard-to-come-by training sessions possible. These graduates are already making a positive impact in their respective fields!
